Day One
Day one: How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days? (Be realistic).
I am just a hair under 5’5”
I currently weigh 162.5 lbs (so far lost 46.5 lbs)
After 60 days I hope to have lost 10lbs.
My challenge this week is to avoid energy drinks other than 12 oz of coffee per day. No sugar added.
